Participation is subject to game availability on the participating operator's platform.

B. Slots Promotion – Collect KEVIN

Promotion Period: 19 October 2026 at 08:00 UTC to 2 November 2026 at 07:59 UTC
Participating Games: All eligible Pragmatic Play Slots games available on the participating operator's platform.

Players must join the relevant promotion through a participating game. Once joined, they will qualify for that promotional activity, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Live Casino and Slots promotions operate separately. Progress in one promotion does not count towards the letter collection in the other.

3. How to Participate and Win

A. Live Casino – Collect PLAY

Play: Place real-money bets on any participating Live Casino game. Any bet stake qualifies, subject to the game's minimum bet requirements.
Collect: Letters may be randomly triggered on qualifying bets. Collect the four letters P, L, A and Y.
Choose a Chest: Once all four letters have been collected, select one chest from the available options to reveal your random prize.

B. Slots – Collect KEVIN

Play: Place real-money bets on eligible Pragmatic Play Slots games. Any bet stake qualifies, subject to the game's minimum bet requirements.
Collect: Letters may be randomly triggered on qualifying bets. Collect the five letters K, E, V, I and N.
Choose a Chest: Once all five letters have been collected, select one chest from the available options to reveal your random prize.

Letter Collection Rules

A qualifying bet is a real-money bet placed on an eligible participating game during the promotional period.
A letter may be randomly triggered on each qualifying bet.
A maximum of one letter is awarded per qualifying bet.
Letters are used solely to determine eligibility for a random prize.
Collecting only part of the required word does not qualify a player for a prize.
Once a letter has been collected, players may continue playing and collecting the remaining letters until the required word is complete.
Completing the required word allows the player to select one chest and reveal a random prize, subject to prize availability and the applicable rules.

4. Prizes and Prize Pools

Prizes are awarded as Free Chips, as displayed in the promotional interface.

A. Live Casino – PLAY Prize Pool

200,000 prizes of 10 × €0.20 Free Chips
10,000 prizes of 50 × €0.20 Free Chips

B. Slots – KEVIN Prize Pool

200,000 prizes of 10 × €0.20 Free Chips
15,000 prizes of 50 × €0.20 Free Chips

The prizes available to a player will be displayed through the relevant promotional interface. The two promotional activities have separate prize allocations.

5. Free Chips: Use and Expiry

Free Chips may take up to five minutes to be credited to the player's account.
If Free Chips do not appear after this period, players may need to refresh the game or the relevant promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby.
Free Chips may be used on eligible participating Live Casino games, subject to the applicable Free Chips rules and the selected game's requirements.
Free Chips and real-money bets cannot be used within the same game round.
A maximum of four Free Chips may be placed per game round.
Free Chips must be claimed and used within 48 hours of being awarded.
Any Free Chips not claimed or used within this period will expire and be forfeited.

Accessing Free Chips

Players may access their Free Chips through the promotional interface or, where available, by selecting the “Go to Live Casino” option in the prize notification. Players can then enter an eligible Live Casino game and select “Play Now” to use their Free Chips.

Alternatively, players may navigate to the Live Casino category on the operator's website and launch an eligible participating game.

6. Winnings from Free Chips

Winnings generated through Free Chips are subject to the following maximum caps:

10 × €0.20 Free Chips: Maximum winnings of €20.
50 × €0.20 Free Chips: Maximum winnings of €100.

Winnings will be credited once either of the following occurs, whichever comes first:

All Free Chips awarded for the prize have been used; or
The maximum winnings cap for the relevant prize has been reached.

If the applicable winnings cap is reached before all Free Chips have been used, any remaining Free Chips will be forfeited.

Winnings from Free Chips will be credited as cash.
No additional wagering requirements apply to these winnings.
The use of Free Chips remains subject to the selected game's rules and applicable operator procedures.

7. Maximum Number of Prizes

Players may win a maximum of two prizes in each promotional activity during the promotional period.

The Live Casino – PLAY promotion and Slots – KEVIN promotion are separate activities. The applicable prize limit is administered according to the rules of each promotion.

Players can use the in-game promotional interface to track their letter collection progress, winnings, other players' winnings, and the remaining prizes in real time.

8. Participation Costs and Currency Conversion

There is no additional cost to participate in either promotion.
Players must place qualifying real-money bets on participating games to collect letters.
The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player's local currency.
The displayed prize value may therefore differ from the Euro-denominated reference value depending on the applicable currency conversion rate.
