We all love myths and legends, as they evoke a sense of mystery and genuine interest in many individuals. We are here to interpret our vision of the legend about Avalon Island and the adventures of Prince Arthur.

Like all mythological paradises, Avalon is a place that has been sought after in every corner of the Earth. But the prevailing belief is that this magical island is situated near Great Britain’s shores.

Avalon holds great significance in Western culture, symbolizing magic, purity, and abundance. It represents a terrestrial utopia, a heavenly realm on Earth. On the other hand, it refers to a noble era when kings and knights embodied bravery, decency, and honor. Avalon is an inherent part of a legend that symbolizes a harmonious bridge between reality and ideal fiction, the imaginary future and inaccessible past.

So, how did Arthur find himself in Avalon? It is a sad tale with a happy ending: Prince Arthur was mortally wounded during the Battle of Camlann. The benevolent fairies carried him on a boat to save his life to Avalon. Morgana and Melusine laid him on a golden bed, where he was magically healed and returned to lead his people. Yep, there are numerous descriptions of the battle and Arthur’s adventures before he went to Avalon.

We have chosen to depict the exact events that unfolded in the mysterious nebula of supernatural powers that continue to inspire creative reinvention to this day.
