These Rewards Terms & Conditions govern the use of promotional rewards issued in MBUSD (Minibet USD) on the Minibet platform. By claiming or using any reward, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Overview
1.1 MBUSD is a promotional, non-withdrawable currency issued by Minibet.
1.2 MBUSD may be awarded through tournaments, promotions, campaigns, or other marketing activities.
1.3 MBUSD has no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
1.4 Minibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate rewards and related conditions at any time.
2. Reward Issuance & Eligibility
2.1 Rewards are granted at Minibet’s sole discretion.
2.2 Eligibility criteria may vary by promotion and may include geographic, behavioral, or account-based conditions.
2.3 Minibet reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
2.4 Rewards may be limited per user, per household, per IP, or other identifiers.
3. Claiming Rewards
3.1 Rewards may be subject to a claim period, after which they expire if not claimed or activated.
3.2 Once claimed, rewards are credited to the user’s MBUSD balance to complete wagering requirements.
3.3 Claimed rewards remain active until:
- Wagering timeframe expires
- Reward balance is exhausted
- Reward is canceled or forfeited.
4. Reward Activation
4.1 Users may only have one active reward at a time.
4.2 To use a reward, it must be claimed.
4.3 Activating a new reward while another is active will result in the forfeiture of the currently active reward, including:
- Remaining balance
- Wagering progress
4.4 Forfeited rewards cannot be recovered.
5. Wagering Requirements
5.1 Each reward is subject to a wagering requirement, defined as a multiplier of the reward amount (e.g. 10x).
5.2 Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period.
5.3 Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.
5.4 Contribution rates may vary across games and may be adjusted at Minibet’s discretion.
5.5 Wagering requirements are fixed at the time of activation and are not affected by wins or losses.
6. Use of MBUSD
6.1 MBUSD can only be used on selected games as defined by Minibet.
6.2 Wagers placed using MBUSD do not qualify for participation in tournaments, leaderboards, or similar competitive features unless specified otherwise.
7. Winnings & Balance Handling
7.1 Any winnings generated while using MBUSD are added to the active reward balance.
7.2 All funds within an active reward, including winnings, remain locked until wagering requirements are fully completed.
7.3 Upon successful completion of wagering requirements:
- The full balance (reward + winnings) becomes eligible for swapping to real currency.
8. Expiry & Forfeiture
8.1 Rewards may be subject to:
- A claim expiry period
- A wagering completion period
8.2 If wagering requirements are not completed within the allotted time:
- The remaining reward balance will be forfeited
8.3 If a reward balance is fully depleted before wagering is completed:
- The reward is considered exhausted and closed
8.4 Expired or forfeited rewards cannot be reinstated.
9. Swap & Withdrawals
9.1 MBUSD cannot be withdrawn directly.
9.2 Upon completion of wagering requirements, eligible balances may be swapped to supported real currencies (e.g. USDT, USDC).
9.3 Standard withdrawal policies, limits, and verification requirements will apply post-swap.
10. Restrictions & Fair Use
10.1 Users are expected to engage in fair gameplay.
10.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Arbitrage betting or low-risk wagering strategies
- Collusion or coordinated gameplay
- Exploiting system or promotional loopholes
10.3 In case of suspected abuse or unfair usage, Minibet reserves the right to:
- Void wagers
- Confiscate rewards or winnings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
11. Adjustments & System Controls
11.1 At any time, to ensure fair use of the platform, Minibet reserves the right to:
- Adjust wagering requirements
- Modify eligible games
- Apply contribution rates or limits
- Introduce bet size restrictions
12. Errors & Technical Issues
12.1 In the event of system errors, incorrect reward allocation, or technical malfunctions:
- Minibet reserves the right to correct balances and wagering progress
12.2 Any winnings or rewards resulting from such errors may be voided.
13. Communication & Updates
13.1 Users are responsible for reviewing reward details, including:
- Wagering requirements
- Expiry timelines
- Game eligibility
13.2 Minibet may communicate reward updates via:
- Platform notifications
- Email or other channels
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Minibet shall not be liable for:
- Loss of rewards due to expiry
- User misunderstanding of wagering requirements
- Technical interruptions affecting gameplay
15. Relationship with Platform Terms
15.1 These Rewards Terms & Conditions are supplemental to the Minibet Platform Terms & Conditions, Tournament T&Cs, Privacy Policy and AML & CTF Policy.
15.2 In case of conflict, Minibet reserves the right to interpret and apply terms at its sole discretion.
16. Final Provisions
16.1 All decisions made by Minibet regarding rewards, wagering, and eligibility are final.
16.2 Minibet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
