In the natural ecology, a butterfly’s growth starts from a larva, then a larva into a chrysalis, and finally transforming into a four-winged butterfly. This is not the case in Le Zhang Butterfly Kingdom!

Every batch of adult butterflies will have a different appearance, some butterflies will even have different number of wings, with the eight-winged butterfly being the rarest of them all! Legends has it that deep in the mountains of the Le Zhang Butterfly Kingdom, there exists a rare purple flowering peach that only grows once every 6 years. Inside each purple flowering peach is an auspicious pill. They say that if a larva eats this auspicious pill, it will transform into an eight-winged butterfly, making it eligible to become the next butterfly queen!
